Payment Methods
All SOLNEX products are available for purchase with 100% prepayment via the website. Payment can be made through the following methods:
- Online Payment via Visa/MasterCard through LiqPay. LiqPay is an instant payment system provided by PrivatBank (Ukraine).
- It allows secure payments using VISA/MASTERCARD bank cards or any PrivatBank card.
- Google Pay or Apple Pay
For convenient and secure transactions, payments can also be made via Google Pay or Apple Pay.
Delivery Information
Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is between 1 to 3 business days.
Certain orders may take up to 5 business days, depending on the selected product.
Delivery times exclude the order placement day and are based on the "Nova Poshta" shipping carrier’s schedule.
Important Notes:
Orders are stored at the transport company's warehouse for slightly more than 5 business days. After this period, uncollected orders are returned.
Orders can only be received by the person specified in the transport declaration. A valid identity document must be presented.

Due to power outages in Ukraine, delivery times may be subject to change.
Return and Exchange Policy
SOLNEX offers a return and exchange policy for goods that do not meet the consumer’s expectations.
Return Conditions:
Returns are accepted within 14 (fourteen) days from the purchase date.
Goods must:
- Be unused.
- Retain their commercial appearance.
- Have intact consumer properties, packaging, labels, seals, and tags.
- Be accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Return Process:
Complete a handwritten return statement with your original signature.
Send the goods and the return statement to the designated "Nova Poshta" branches in Kyiv:
Branch No. 135 (up to 5 kg)
Branch No. 6 (cargo)
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be processed within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the receipt of the returned goods and completed return statement by the seller.
